These eLearning modules showcase how I design and develop interactive training that blends animation, storytelling, and practical instruction. From onboarding new employees to teaching ergonomics and forklift safety, each course was built to improve learner engagement, save time, and deliver training where and when it’s needed most.

This collection of eLearning modules was created to bring essential workplace training to life in a way that was engaging, accessible, and efficient. Each module was designed to meet a specific business need, whether helping new employees onboard faster, promoting safe ergonomic practices across office and shop floor environments, or replacing a lengthy in-person forklift course with a streamlined digital alternative. Across all projects, the goal was straightforward: to create clear, interactive learning experiences that respected learners’ time while enhancing retention.

The onboarding module helped new employees quickly understand and complete departmental processes. Built with Vyond Studio animations and AI-generated narration, this training combined concise storytelling with approachable visuals to keep learners engaged. Feedback was overwhelmingly positive, and completion rates improved compared to previous formats, resulting in a smoother onboarding process for both employees and managers.

Aimed at both office staff and shop floor employees, the ergonomics module was developed in Articulate Storyline 360, with custom visuals created in Photoshop and Illustrator. Through interactive scenarios, learners explored best practices for workstation setup, posture, and safe lifting techniques. The course balanced practical instruction with interactive design, ensuring relevance across a diverse range of work environments.

One of the most impactful projects, the forklift module transformed what was once a 4-hour instructor-led session into a 45-minute interactive eLearning. Developed in Storyline 360 using Getty Images, Photoshop, and Illustrator, the course enabled warehouse employees to complete the training directly on the floor, eliminating downtime and recovering over 3 hours of productivity per learner. This digital approach not only preserved critical knowledge as the retiring instructor transitioned out but also modernized the experience for future cohorts.

For each of these modules, I served as Instructional Designer & Developer, script writer, animator, and graphic artist. This included everything from building storyboards and writing instructional copy to animating content, creating custom graphics, and assembling interactive flows.
