Project Story
Infused Label & Brochure Design
This project was inspired by family heritage, culinary tradition, and the power of visual storytelling. Designed for the fictional Tre Fichi Olive Oil company, each label in the series reflects a unique infusion of figs, rose petals, and ginger, chosen for their personal connections: figs for the company’s name, rose petals to honor my surname, and ginger as a nod to my martial arts background. Color palettes, typography, and botanical illustrations were carefully selected to capture the essence of each flavor while maintaining a unified brand identity.
The process began with mood boards to establish tone and inspiration, followed by hand sketches to plan label layout and elements. Adobe Illustrator was used to translate these concepts into clean, print-ready designs. Product mockups were created to visualize how the labels would appear on bottles, which in turn informed the development of a promotional brochure.
The brochure design seamlessly integrates product photography, ingredient imagery, and illustration with a personal touch, featuring a restored, colorized photograph of my grandparents from Cosenza, Calabria. This heritage connection ties the product back to its origin story, while layout choices guide the viewer through the collection. A panoramic farm image spans from the front to the back cover, reinforcing the brand’s artisanal and authentic nature.
The final deliverables demonstrate how cohesive visual design, encompassing packaging and marketing collateral, can create a rich and engaging brand experience.
